The Laboratories
The Richard Dimbleby Laboratories were opened by Her Majesty the Queen in 1968 and are situated within the St Thomas' Campus, a campus of Guy's, King's College & St Thomas' Hospitals' Medical & Dental School, London. Their work concentrates on basic scientific research linked to treatment and on providing and evaluating patient-centred cancer care.

The work is expensive. It demands the highest quality of equipment and facilities to support the dedication of the research team. With its excellent resources and top class scientists. The Richard Dimbleby Laboratory is established as one of Britain's leading research centres.
At the Richard Dimbleby Laboratories we link pure research with its practical application. The siting of our laboratories within the hospital means that research work can be directly linked to the care of patients.

The St Thomas' Campus is a campus of Guy's, King's College & St Thomas' Hospitals' Medical & Dental School; the Medical & Dental School is part of King's College London which itself is a multi-facility college of the University of London.
